Safeguarding

The Fosse Group is committed to the safeguarding and protection of all children, young people, and adults, and the care and nurture of them within our church community.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSO’s).

The Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

We take looking after your information seriously. Here you can see our privacy policy and our social media policy. Furthermore, we will ask for consent where appropriate when using photos containing your image. You can see our media consent form here which allows us to obtain consent for taking and publishing photos.
